No Sunday or Monday shows unless approved by owner. Weekday shows will only be approved for bands with national recogntion or if good local support can be confirmed for the show.
No guarantees are given unless bands are nationally recognized with a following, but door deals and percentages are available.
Sorry bands.... No Gratuities (food or drinks) given until at least 50 people are through the door.
No equipment will be provided to bands with the exception of microphones and a P.A.
Do not throw, drop, or swing the microphone. If this is part of your performance, then bring your own microphone and cord.
If the club or any equipment is damaged then payment is forfeited and you will be banned from future performances at Downtown Music.
Please read the following below so there is a common understanding. All these things will ensure that Downtown Music will continue to be able to keep bringing you the best bands out there!!!
All bands are partly responsible for self promotion, promoting the show, and bringing a crowd. We will make flyers and promote the show to our best extent. Flyers are available at the club if needed, but bands are expected to promote and the show and bring a crowd. If you are an out of town band please use our mailing address below with the usps if oversized packages that cannot fit through a mail slot please email for an alternate address.
- We do all of our booking through e-mail to keep track of everything said. So please make this your primary way of getting a show.
- When e-mailing please reply with all previous conversation to ensure that booking is Confirmed, Complete, and Understood!!!
- We get a massive amount of booking requests so please be patient if your message is not answered immediately.
